Ladies Golf Bags

Most of us ladies love bags by nature. Any kind of bags. Ladies golf bags are

no exception. But we're not talking about a handbag to carry on the course. We're talking about that big, heavy, awkward golf bag that carries not only our clubs, but our wallet, keys, balls, tees, make-up, cell phone, glove, and any other accessories we may need in order to be fabulous on the course.

Because a golf bag is like our little condo on the course, it needs to be attractive, but more importantly, it needs to be functional. I have to admit, my bag isn't exactly a standout beauty (pictured on the left), but it does get the job done. I bought my clubs and my bag together. They were on sale as a package deal, so I couldn't resist. You can get a lot prettier then this bag though, especially if you have a good budget for a nice bag (such as a Keri Bag).

Types of bags

The standard types of golf bags include...

Stand Bags - This is probably the most commonly used bag, especially for beginners (or myself) who spend time walking on the par 3's and executive courses. These bags are typically lighter and come in lots of varying degrees of attractiveness and functionality.

There are also carry bags which have no stand, but I much prefer a stand on my bag. It makes it easier to access your clubs and the compartments on your bag (not to mention its easier on the back!).

There is a pretty wide price range for ladies golf bags. You can certainly find bags around the $100 price tag, and they may suit you just fine. Golfsmith has nice women's C
